2. Description of Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any PII detection or content filtering.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFEPIPE EU GMBH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • AI Hallucinations: We are not responsible for inaccurate, misleading, or harmful content generated by third-party AI providers. The AI models are operated by external parties, and their outputs are beyond our control.

  • No Liability: SafePipe EU GmbH is not responsible for the transmission of any specific data type that the User has voluntarily chosen to exclude from protection.
